Our Return Policy

When ordering from our e-shop, please be aware of the following terms and conditions:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

As we utilize the “print to order” model, we do not accept cancellations or returns. Once you have placed the order and your payment method has been charged, your order is immediately dispatched for manufacturing.

At present, we do not accept returns or replacements due to wrong sizing. Please use our sizing chart and take accurate measures before placing an order. Do reach out to our support team if you have troubles with figuring out the correct size or have any other questions. Email us at support@championhoodie.com and we’ll get back to you in 24h or less.

Order cancellations are not accepted after you have clicked the “Complete Order” button in your profile. After you have reviewed and submitted your order, you cannot change it or apply for a refund.

If you have made a mistake during checkout (e.g. misspelled your address), please contact our support team as soon as possible via email: support@championhoodie.com. A customer rep will assist you with the modifications (if those are still possible).

ChampionHoodie partners with an on-demand print fulfillment platform. Our partner handles the shipping of your order. Please note: if your order didn’t arrive, but the carrier tracking indicates that the order was delivered, it would be your responsibility as a Customer to file a claim with the assigned carrier. We regret to inform you that in such instances, our printing partner will not issue a refund to you or resend the Product.

Damaged Products


Something went wrong and your product arrived with obvious flaws or has been damaged during transportation? Contact us within 4 days after delivery, and our team will help you out!

But please note, together with our printing partner we will address your replacement/return requests only:

(a) if a product was damaged during shipping

(b) there is a printing error
